I am a clinical psychologist with over twenty years experience. I specialise in helping people through trauma, anxiety and fear and I use a multi modal approach in my practice for efficient and effective outcomes.
Alongside cognitive behaviour therapy techniques, I use clinical hypnosis, mindfulness meditation and thought field therapy.
I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
